Hanuman Jhanda, also known as Hanuman Dhvaja, is a prominent symbol in Hinduism associated with Lord Hanuman, a revered deity known for his unwavering devotion and strength. The term "Jhanda" or "Dhvaja" translates to "flag" in English. The Hanuman Jhanda is essentially a flag that depicts the image of Lord Hanuman. It is commonly seen in various Hindu festivals, processions, and religious events.

The Hanuman Jhanda is typically made of a rectangular or triangular piece of cloth, often in saffron or orange color, representing Lord Hanuman's divine energy and devotion. The flag usually features an image of Hanuman's face or his full form, along with the Vajra, his emblematic weapon.

Additionally, the "Langot Set" refers to a traditional attire worn by Lord Hanuman, especially in artistic representations and religious performances. The Langot is a piece of cloth or loincloth that covers the lower body, symbolizing Hanuman's simplicity and his embodiment of a dedication towards lord Ram.

Devotees use Hanuman Jhanda and Langot Set during several ritual worships or special pujas like Sunder Kaand Puja. This set demonstrate devotee’s respect and devotion to Lord Hanuman during religious ceremonies, processions, and other occasions. These symbols serve as reminders of Hanuman's exemplary virtues, including his loyalty, strength, and selfless devotion to Lord Rama.

Hanuman Jhanda is a significant flag depicting Lord Hanuman, while the Langot Set is a traditional clothing representation associated with the deity. Both symbols are deeply rooted in Hindu culture and spirituality, symbolizing qualities of devotion, strength, and humility.
